Medium deep pink colour with an orange/copper hue and youthful mousseux. The nose offers patisserie, nougat, red berries and pain d’épices. Medium weight on the palate, a slight tannic presence, although balanced giving structure and length, spicy red fruit with a mild creaminess and a fresh long finish with some autolytic complexity.
