Bright light golden colour with small fine bubbles. Some evolution and vinosity on the nose, brioche, butter, ripe peach, pear, confit de citron and floral hints. The palate has good bite and extract, underlined by a vibrant acidity, layered fruit with a mild nuttiness, soft and creamy texture with a long and distinct finish.
