Cattier – Clos du Moulin Rosé – NV

Medium deep pink colour with a fine foamy mousse. Fine perfume of red citrus, raspberry, floral hints and some brioche notes. The palate has medium body, pure fruit like raspberry, peach and a bright freshness with nice creamy texture, rounded and harmonious with good grip and length, youthful fruit yet some autolytic and complex notes.
