Light golden colour with a copper hue and fine mousseux. Discreet nose offering some butterscotch, vanilla and white fleshed fruit notes. Medium bodied with a youthful freshness, a gentle bitterness, creamy and buttery flavours with a mild mousse and a medium to long finish.
