Cavalleri – Blanc de Blancs – NV

Bright light golden colour. The nose offers ripe chardonnay fruit with almonds, nuts, ripe citrus and some oak and vanilla. The palate has medium weight with a good bite and pronounced freshness, creamy mid palate, still youthful with pure fruit and rather long, warm finish.
