Cavalleri – Pas Dosé – 2011

Light golden colour with fine bubles. Pure and elegant nose with bright fruit, stony and mineral with yellow fruit, citrus, peach and fresh butter. Very bright and fresh palate, nicely austere with a mouth watering sensation, barely ripe stone fruit, pineapple and ripe citrus with fresh almond, some floral and herbal notes, well balanced creaminess and a long, crisp finish, nice pure chardonnay-style with clarity and precision.
