Cave de Pouilly sur Loire – La Mariée – 2016

Pale straw colour with a green hue. Aromatic and pure nose with elderflower, white fleshed fruit and lime zest with some stony notes. Good grip on the palate, medium weight, classically bone dry with a refreshing acidity, zesty young fruit and a rather long pure finish.
