Cave des Amandiers – Syrah – 2011

Dense dark and inky core. The nose is vibrant with spicy notes, pepper, clove some new oak and plenty of crushed dark berries. The palate is dense and rigid with lovely dark fruit, spices, new oak, sweet blackberry notes and a long opulent finish, already enjoyable but with a fine potential.
