Cave des Vignerons de Saint Chinian – Les Syrah Viognier – 2020

Inky dark purple colour. Nice perfume of ripe blackberry, apricot, pepper and some meaty notes. Generous palate with generous fruit, youthful but quite rounded and supple texture, fleshy dark fruit, dry spices and a good length.
