France,
Alsace,
Very bright colour, slight green hue, pale straw nuance. Good purity on the nose. Fresh and vibrant with some fresh herbal notes. Hint of flower with more on the lemon, limey side. With barely ripe stone fruit, more like white peach, pear, unoaked. Good bite on the palate. Classically dry. I like the zestiness on the palate. Fine extract. Youthful and fresh acidity. With still youthful and discreet fruit in the direction of pear, white peach. Quite long and lingering on the finish. Some notes of fresh herbs. On the finish, a slightly grapey sensation as well. Very enjoyable now. Cheerful with good juiciness. Still very young but should have the potential to go on for the few coming years.
