Bright clear straw colour. Pure nose offering some chalky notes with fresh lemongrass, lime, pear and herbal notes. Very good grip and volume with a bright acidity, layered with crushed pear and peach flavours, zesty lime and lemon zest with a very good persistency and a stony/salty finish.
