Cecchi – Coevo – 2013

Intense inky black colour. Rather volatile nose with notes of balsamic vinegar, dried cherry and wild herbs. Rather full palate, still with a sharp acidity, restrained dark fruit, wild herbal notes and a rather long but slightly firm finish. Needs time to soften, a bit too volatile for my taste.
