Cellar Minkov Brothers – Minkov Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon – 2011

Rather dark ruby core with a purple hue. Gentle spicy nose with some new oak and dark cherries. Full palate, youthful and dense with a tannic core, good freshness, juicy dark cherry fruit, good length, still a bit young but potent.
