Clear straw colour with a green hue. Perfumed and floral with ripe pear, crushed nuts and an herbal spiciness. Medium bodied with a slight skin/tannic presence, notes of chamomile, citrus and lime zest, pure, fresh and balanced with a rather long grippy finish.
