Medium deep ruby red colour showing some maturity. Intense and mature nose showing dry spices, sweet red fruit, leather and some animal notes. Medium weight on the palate, sweet red fruit starting to dry out a bit, spicy and peppery with leather notes, prune and fig with tobacco and a long warm finish. Nice material but a bit marked by brett.
