Celler Sabaté – Plantadeta – 2018

Bright light golden colour. Pure and somewhat mineral expression with discreet fruit, fresh hazelnut, almond and sweet citrus. The palate has medium weight but with dense fruit, a finely balanced bitterness giving freshness and lift, nutty and layered with fine persistency.
