Celler Tintoré de Vimbodí i Poblet – Ré – 2013

Medium to deep ruby colour starting to fade at the rim. Developed nose, some leather, dark cherry, cassis, spice box and a hint of new wood. The palate is dense and ample. Still youthful with a tannic presence, dark fruit flavours, crushed berries, and dried cherry notes with aniseed and sage, ripe and bold but with a very fine freshness, and a long and bright finish with dark fruit and liquorice notes.
