Medium deep golden colour with fine small bubbles. Nutty nose with some maturity and autolytic notes, pastry, roasted hazelnut, nougat, ripe stone fruit and candied citrus notes. The palate is mature and nutty, yet bone dry and crisp with a fresh acidity, fine stream of bubbles, and a long and persistent finish.
