Medium deep golden with copper hue. Some evolution on the nose, layered and complex with nutty and biscuity notes, yellow plum, walnut, wild herbs and some oak-derived spice and toast. Unctous and rounded palate, texture with a well kept freshness, finely integrated oak and unctuous spicy fruit leading to a long broad finish.
