Cellier des Chartreux – Les Terres du Roy – 2011

Dark ruby colour with a lighter aged rim. The nose shows some maturity and development, tobacco, spice box, dried fruit, prune and mocha. The palate is rather full but has softened and rounded with an aged sweetness, hints of comfiture, dry spices and a supple finish. A mature wine to enjoy today.
