Pale almost transparent colour. Pure nose, rather discreet fruit, some yeat derived butter and pastry notes with crushed almond, ripe citrus, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit. The palate has medium weight but fine substance and extract giving texture, crisp young fruit with zesty flavours and a fine length.
