Inky dark purple core. Pure and intense nose offering some new oak and vanilla with riper dark fruit—cassis, dark plum, violet, tobacco, sage, and some meaty notes. The palate shows a dense body with plentiful yet ripe tannin, good volume, and balanced acidity with savoury dark fruit, mildly spicy, and a dense and intense finish.
