Bright light straw colour. Fresh and lively nose with good purity, rather stony and chalky with ripe citrus, some yellow fruit and fresh butter. Good grip on the palate with dense flavour in a medium body, fresh and salivating, rather extra brut but well balanced with elegant fruit a sensation of minerality and pure long finish. An elegant style I´d really like to drink.
