Light to medium deep golden colour with a fine mousse. Nice intensity some smoke and toast with roasted nuts, chalky notes, fresh peach, confit de citron and creamy brioche notes. The palate is distinct and ample with nice proportions, a refreshing backbone, soft and creamy mousse, a bright acidity with attractive peach and hazelnut flavours leading to a very long and layered finish.
