Light golden colour with discreet bubbles. Fine nose of roasted nuts, nougat, some autolytic notes, ripe fruit, yellow plum and red berries, good creaminess on the palate, full bodied and mature with saffron and spices, balanced freshness, elegant fruit, some complexity and a long smooth finish.
