France,
Champagne,
Medium deep straw colour, still slightly youthful with a green tinge and lively bubbles. Fresh nose, quite clean; with hints of green apple, pear, citrus, some floral notes as well. Still appearing rather youthful, not a lot of autoystic or leesy notes yet. Fresh palate there, in a medium body style. I would say that to me it feels quite like a classic blend of Pinot and Chardonnay, because we have some more freshness citrus tinge Chardonnay notes and also some slightly riper Pinot, the plum, the red berry notes. Good purity of fruit here, medium weight. With a fine integration of bubbles. It starts out quite round with a creamy texture, but still there is a good level of freshness on the finish. Good level of freshness on the finish, quite a refreshing final. Still youthful, but perfectly enjoyable for its purity and generous fruit.
