Bright straw colour with a pink hue and a young creamy mousse. Floral nose blending pale apple, citrus notes with some plum and red berries. Medium bodied with a youthful fresh acidity, balanced mousse and a rather classic dosage level, a hint of autolytic complexity and vinous notes with good grip on the finish.
