Inky and bright dark purple with a slightly lighter rim. Fragrant nose, still on the youthful side with notes of tobacco, pepper, darker fruit like cassis and dark cherry with some herbal garrigue character. Still youthful on the palate, but with well-worked tannin and underlying freshness savoury dark fruit with sage, anis and mint leading to a long muscular finish.
