Château Arton – 2009

Medium deep amber colour. Intense nose, roasted with some woody notes, caramel, clove, vanilla, dried fruit and hazelnut. Good grip on the palate, approaching maturity and a nice sense of freshness with oak and spice flavours paired with prune, fig and peppery notes, well-integrated alcohol and a long grippy finish.
