France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
White wine with a youthful appearance due to a slightly green hue and a medium-deep straw colour. Fresh nose, no influence of oak; white-fleshed fruit like pear, quince, also some herbal and floral notes, but still youthful and quite discreet, not super aromatic. The palate is classically dry with a mellow acidity, quite rounded. Rather light body, with a good purity of fruit. Modern vinification. We have some hints here of pear, apple with some lemon and lime zest. Quite light finish, rounded with that youthful and crisp fruit. A wine to enjoy in its youth; nicely balanced for its youthful and fresh style.
