Château Balestard La Tonnelle – 2015

Intense dark purple colour. Fine nose, ripe and layered with discreet oak, ripe dark fruit, cassis, plum, sage and aniseed notes. The palate is ripe and polished with a dense but rounded texture, fresh and savoury dark fruit, fine proportions and well-integrated oak, long and lingering finish. Youthful but pure and pleasure giving.
