Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Fresh herbs, chamomile, lemongrass and crushed pear aromas. The palate has good weight and volume with a finely tuned freshnesss and mild extract, elegant young fruit with a citrus/herbal spiciness and long unctuous finish.
