Deep golden towards amber colour. Developed and mature nose, no primary fruit, rather nutty with nougat, dried/baked apple, spices and candied citrus seems like an alternative/natural style with elaborate oxidation. The palate is full bodied with good bite and freshness, ripe and bold with a nutty spiciness and sweet fruit even if the palate is classically bone dry, good length and some complexity. Interesting and well made for the style.
