Château Bellegrave du Poujeau – 2014

Haut Médoc
, Cru Bourgeois
MEDAILLE-TASTED-89-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Medium to deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Fragrant and floral with hints of violet, dark fruit, cassis, a touch of wood and tobacco. The palate is still young but with good density, full bodied with pure dark fruit flavours, crushed berries and cassis with a fresh backbone, plenty of tannin that´s already fairly settled. Long finish and generous fruit, well balanced in a classic style, should drink well fairly soon.
