Dense garnet/ purple core and hue. Youthful, ripe and dark fruity nose offering cassis, cranberry, plum, wild herbs, cedar wood and tobacco. Rather ample palate, still youthful with a slight tannic mid-palate, generous young fruit flavours with predominantly darker fruit, fresh acidity, no evident oak influence and a fine length. A style still needing some time to soften.
