Bright dark purple colour. Sweet nose of freshly crushed plum and red berries with peppery and meaty notes. Good grip on the palate, ripe and unctuous fruit but with a nice level of freshness and layered fruit with pepper notes and a long digest finish. Should improve but drinks fairly well already.
