Château Bourdieu – N°1 – 2018

Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux
MEDAILLE-TASTED-93-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Intense inky core and hue. It shows dark fruit, black cherry, cassis, liquorice, tobacco leaf and some oak underneath. Still a youthful example with plenty of stuffing, ripe but intense tannin, well-concealed oak, black fruit flavours with a finely balanced acidity and a long dense finish. An opulent and structured wine still needing a few years to open.
