Château Boutillot – Revelations d’Hubert de Boüard – 2016

Medium deep ruby colour with a purple hue. Floral and pure nose with sweet fruit like red currant, cherry and aromatic herbs. Youthful palate, medium weight, fresh red fruit and spicy hints of aniseed and ginger with a rather long finish and a young but ripe texture.
