Château Branaire Ducru – 2010

Dark ruby/purple, fairly viscous. Pure nose with some herbal notes, dark berries, fine oak and black olive; the palate is still youthful and restrained with fine, tannic backbone, high acidity and pure fruit freshly crushed red and dark berries; balanced and long aftertaste, fine material; should be allowed another few years in the cellar to develop nuance and complexity.
