Château Caillou – 2009

Medium deep golden colour. Fresh yellow fruit, almond and saffron on the nose. Good grip on the palate, medium weight but nuanced with nice flavour intensity, spicy and peppery notes, fine oak, vital freshness and a long finish with candied orange and lemon zest.
