France,
Bordeaux,
Quite dense core here, dark ruby-red but starting to lose some of that colour, turning slightly tawny at the rim. The nose is showing some maturity and complexity. Quite intense with hints of wet earth, black truffle, dried berries, prune and some spices. Palate has medium weight. Quite a nice flavour intensity I would say, texture is already rounded. There is quite a lot of tannin, but I think it just integrated. So I think there is a fine level of drinkability here. Very sweet and forward fruit. Good maturity there. Lushes, sweet berries, with some spicy notes, tobacco, vanilla. Quite a long finish and already with a hint of complexity. Yeah, that is a good drink.
