France,
Bordeaux,
Quite dark core here, with a slightly purple tinge, dark ruby. Very nice intensity on the nose. Floral, with some hints of Rosé, violet. With really nice dark fruit; wild berries like blackberry, raspberry and a fine spiciness. Really nice palate, I think this is a wine that is still very youthful. But it is already rounded with a lushes texture, plenty of fruit there. Finely grained tannins, with some notes of coco bean, chocolate. Lushes dark fruit. Good level of freshness and acidity as well. I think this is managing to combine a certain opulence with a certain elegance. Good freshness all along. Good clarity with a long, quite powerful finish. So a really nice example. It should certainly gain more complexity from further aging, but I would happily drink it already now.
