Château Carbonnieux – 2009

Pessac Léognan
, Cru Classé de Graves
MEDAILLE-TASTED-94-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Pleasing purity, some new oak, spices, dark berries, vanilla and blackcurrant on the nose, the palate is dense, muscular and firm - stuffed with plenty of dark berries, blackcurrant, mocha and spices, persistent and finely balanced with fresh dark fruit, fine tannins, juicy and lingering aftertaste, slightly unresolved but should develop into really attractive and charming wine.
