Château Coussin – César à Sumeire – 2021

Pale pink with a copper hue. Pure and aromatic with some floral notes, ripe citrus, lemongrass, raspberry and some creamy lees derived complex hints. Good volume and substance, really fine extract and a vibrant acidity with attractive red berry flavours and a fine length.
