Dark purple core. Intense nose with ripe dark fruit, blackberry, plum, some new oak, sweet spices and some meaty notes. The palate is concentrated with dense fruit, yet with balanced extraction, good quality tannin, finely toasted oak, layers of dark fruit and a long, powerful finish.
