Dark purple core and hue, fragrant with violet, wild berries, plum and cassis with aromatic herbs, tobacco and mild oak. The palate is dense but not bold with high flavour intensity, ripe dark berries with a fresh backbone, grainy tannin, balanced oak and a long lingering finish.
