Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic with fresh lime, lemongrass, crushed apple and some herbal notes. The palate shows good bite with vibrant fruit, light to medium weight but good flavour intensity, herb infused young fruit with lemongrass flavours and a long crisp finish.
