Château d’Aydie – Ode d’Aydie – 2017
Madiran

France,
Sud Ouest,
Dark inky black purple core and hue. Ripe nose displaying blueberry and blackberry with a fine herbaceous spiciness, tobacco and liquorice with mild oak notes. The palate is dense yet with rounded tannin, a fresh backbone, digest dark fruit and a long lingering finish.
