Light to medium deep golden colour. Some maturity and development on the nose, lightly toasted with yellow fruit notes, confit de citron and herbal notes. The palate is fairly ample with a creamy texture, yet a backbone of ripe acidity with a mild bitterness, lingering flavours and unctuous finish.
