Bright light golden colour. Pure and complex nose with some lees-derived creamy notes, fresh butter, mint, lemongrass, peach, hazelnut and chalky notes. Very good grip and extract, underlined by a bright freshness, good concentration and persistency with pure ripe fruit and a layered spiciness.
